The tradition continues at Winamac High School this week as the Warriors bring their school spirit to an all time high for Homecoming. At Winamac, their schedule is as busy as ever with numerous valuable competitions on the athletes’ shoulders. Here’s a quick timeline on the festivities going on this week and the events coming along with the weekend!

Sunday

Hallway decorating hosted by Student Council.

Monday– Theme: Hawaii/Tropical.

Powder Puff (Results: SENIORS WIN!!! 32-0). Boys Volleyball Sophomores vs. Juniors (Results: Juniors win!)

Girls Golf Sectional at Tippecanoe Country Club (Results: Janet Calfee 100, Tori Wildermuth 106, Keira Bucinski 109, Giselle Lowry 113, and Lexi Grove 117).

JV/Varsity Volleyball vs. Manchester (Results: Both end in losses after tough battles).

JV Football (Results: Lost 38-0).

Tuesday– Theme: Maine/Nautical.

Boys Volleyball Seniors vs. Freshman (Results: SENIORS WIN!!)

Girls Varsity Cross Country at West Central (Results: 2nd Place).

Boys Varsity Cross Country at West Central (Results: Swept top 5 places).

JV/Varsity Volleyball at Triton (Results: Lost in 3 sets).

CoEd Soccer at Delphi (Results: Lost 1-0).

Wednesday– Theme: New York/Dress Up- Picture Day!

Thursday– Theme: Nebraska/Country.

Boys Volleyball Championship: Seniors vs. Juniors (Results: SENIORS WIN!!)

JV/Varsity Volleyball vs. Pioneer (Results: Both lost in 3 sets). <-Students admitted free to the volleyball game as well!

CoEd Soccer at LaVille (Results: Lost 3-0).

Friday– Theme: Indiana/Warrior Out!

Friday’s timeline of events alone is enough to get the students excited. For the first time in years, the Homecoming Pep Session that morning involves all grades/staff K-12 to help unite everyone and encourage the youngsters to come out Friday night to cheer on the team. Following the Pep Session, the 2019 Homecoming Court will be going to Notre Dame for a tour of the campus and lunch thanks to Mr. Tucker. The King Court this year includes Coy Field, Jared Huetten, Keith Dell, Shayden May, Ryan Huggler, and Will Larkin. The Queen Court includes Taylor Clark, Makayla Dulin, Shalihn Compton, Hailey Sanders, and Tori Wildermuth. The King and Queen will be announced during halftime of the game. All EPCSC students will be admitted FREE to the game Friday night and are urged to come support their fellow Warriors!

Parade at 5:30! Varisty Football vs. Culver at 7:00 PM.

Saturday

Girls & Boys Cross Country will race at the CMA Invitational at 8:45 AM.

JV/Freshman Volleyball Tourney at Central Noble at 9:00 AM.

CoEd Varsity Soccer Tourney Hosted by Winamac High School at 9:00 AM.

JV Football at Culver at 10:00 AM.
